I am a dedicated healthcare IT professional with over a decade of experience in health informatics, project management, and strategic business operations. Throughout my career, I have successfully led complex initiatives across diverse organizations, delivering impactful results in areas such as IT supplier governance, healthcare technology integration, and enterprise project management.
Currently, I serve as an IT Advisor for Supplier Governance at OhioHealth, where I oversee the performance of third-party IT service providers. In this role, I have implemented innovative solutions to optimize resource allocation, negotiate cost-saving measures, and increase transparency through advanced reporting dashboards. My ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals has consistently delivered measurable outcomes.
Previously, I held leadership roles at Elevance Health and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where I managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, spearheaded the implementation of Epic’s device integration functionality, and optimized operational workflows. My hands-on experience with system analysis, stakeholder engagement, and risk management has prepared me to tackle complex challenges effectively.
I am deeply passionate about leveraging technology to enhance healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency. My educational journey, which includes a Master of Science in Health Administration and my current pursuit of a Doctorate in Health Administration, reflects my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. In addition, to my PMP certification, I am also certified in NextGen EMR, Epic Anesthesia, and CPHIMS. I am currently completing ongoing work toward the Epic Informatics certification.
